We have the privilege of hosting a congregation of Christian brothers and sisters who are immigrants from Bhutan and Nepal. We have been sharing out beautiful building with them for a little over a year now. The worship on Sunday afternoons starting around 1:00.
This Sunday, March 23 2014, they will be baptizing a dozen new believers into the family of God. They would love to have some of their American friends celebrate with them. If you want to experience the grace of God in a new way, come join the joy. Keep in mind that their services tend to run a little longer than our services -- and they are not in English. Still, I think you'll get the basic idea of what's going on. See you there. ![]() Invite your family. Invite your neighbors. Invite your friends. Invite your enemies. We'll eat and talk and all be Irish for an evening and get to know one another. NO CHARGE! We just want to hang out with you.
Bring any games you like to play: cribbage, apples to apples, bananagrams, scrabble, whatever. Once the eating is done we'll clear the tables and goof off for a little while. Don't worry if you don't have any games. You can join in someone one else's. |
