United Baptist Church is a community of ordinary people whom God is transforming through faith in Jesus. Every week we come together to celebrate the great gift of God's love to us and then we go out to live Christ's love in our everyday lives. We are forgiven and made right through faith in Christ and his work on the cross. We can then participate in his resurrection life through his Holy Spirit in us. He then calls us to live in a community of his people, as we learn to live lives of generosity, kindness, forgiveness, and sacrificial love. We understand this because the Bible is a unified narrative that leads to Jesus, and has profound wisdom for the modern world.* Through Jesus, God is at work creating, saving, and renewing the world (and the people) he loves.
